Milenials are a weird generation bc half of them grew up before the internet and smart phones were prevalent, but the other half is all about gettin' dem likes. It depends on how you define grew up with. Millenials were teenagers when the internet first really became a more relevant thing in America and it started to be in the home more often. Where as the first smart phone wasn't until 2008 so the youngest Millenial was seven at the time. Its not like smart phones were super prevelant or affordable for that matter for another few years. So it would have just evened out. The first half were teenagers when people got home internet and the second half were teenagers when everyone got smart phones.
