Anecdotally, drinking lots of water helps with the COVID vax.

Also anecdotally, having kept up on your shots in the first place helps a lot.

I know a lot of people who fit both categories and none of us had any side effect. Nothing at all.

If this is your first shot since kindergarten and you drink Monster, Red Bull and soda, it may suck.

Tylenol, and other OTC should help.

Anecdotally, I don't agree with much of this. My wife and I are both in great shape, exercise regularly, chug water so much that we own a water cooler, and have been up to date on all our vaccines, and we both got railed by pfizer #2.

Meanwhile a couple of my friends who don't exercise, drink a lot of soda and eat junk food, they got off pretty scott free.

Not saying you're wrong, just pointing out my own anecdotal experience lol.
