Is he going to ban then from going to the hospital and taking up beds if the get the virus? We don't live in a world where we can afford to not worry what people do. Actions have consequences that affect everyone in society.
I think the implication is that if they don't have the vaccine then he'll let people kill them, similar to his attitude toward drug dealers and addicts.

I get the feeling that he's not very smart, and doing this at the behest of the U.S. State Department. It will probably blow up in his face within the next 9 months or so, since the Biden regime has indicated that the vaccine is harmful by attributing it's development to Trump (they would never acknowledge this if it was purely beneficial). We can't know what the long term consequences will be, but they are either spooked by what data they have or they are being cautious in the face of uncertainty.

I do know from my experience dating various farm girls in Western Oregon - who are required to get vaccines for things like bubonic plague that is endemic in the area, as well other illnesses that can spread from cattle and sheep to people - is that the aluminum that is used to replace mercury in vaccines due to anti-vaxxer anxiety about autism causes auto-immune disorders and food allergies. One girl in particular developed an allergy to milk 6 months after she got a new version of a decades old vaccine that did as such. Not the best thing to get when you live and work on a dairy farm, and spend your days knee deep in manure and occasionally shoulder deep in bovine nether regions doing artificial insemination or helping them birth a calf.

To clarify I think that autism isn't caused by vaccines as much as it is by people having kids when they are older, people waiting to have their first kid when they are older, and ubiquitious endocrine disorders (including plastics) in food and the average person's ambient environment. The rates of autism diagnoses increase during the same periods that those things were occuring, and we've been using vaccines since before the 30's.

I generally avoid unnecessary vaccines unless they were commonly used in the 1980s and before. The logic being that anything in use for 40 years is probably relatively safe, and that was before Big Pharma really got a stranglehold on politicians and bureaucrats.
