Cavedweller2000 07/31/21 6:29:41 PM #388:	For me Hotel Dusk was my first foray into visual novels (I hadn't even heard of the term until long after) and therefore had no preconceptions of what to expect or anything else to compare it to. So that could be why I hold it in such high esteem. I instantly got hooked on the characters, the exploration aspect and especially the unique character design!
