After she transitions into phase 3 my dps against her tanks for a little while (maybe like 5 seconds?) even if I clear her rage, but I'm not seeing anything in the AI to explain it. If Papa and Terra were capping there instead of doing like 7k a hit I'd have the clear, but with it I can't beat the chain timer.
