FVGC Round Four Rules for Voting:
--In each match (two per group), voters will cast a single vote for a participant.
--You may vote using whatever personal criteria you wish.
--Matches are being held in round robin format within the assigned groups
--The winner of each match receives +3 points. If the characters tie, each receives +1 point.
--The top two in each group move on to Round Five.
--In the case of a tie in the group standings, vote differential will be used as a tiebreaker.
--You must fully complete the vote form for your vote to count.
--Please do not edit or change your vote.
--Please do not abbreviate; use the character names as they appear listed.
--Alt voting is lame so dont do it.
--Voting lasts 24 hours.
