I have Terra and Papa's syncs, but nothing else for Papa and only an AOSB and BSB for Terra for dps. In principle it seems like the thing to do would be to get her down to just a bit over 70% before using the syncs, but I just can't do much of anything without them (using a chain and just abilities/Terra's LB glint I can only do about 10% of her health before the first chain runs out).
