Topic	Why is it that some secret socioties live in the past?

If a muggle wants to move they need a carpenter to build a cart and domesticated horses to pull it. Eventually they'll invent the automobile, and hand trucks, and winches to make the process just a little easier. The wizard doesn't need new ways of doing things. --- No locked doors, no windows barred. No more things to make my brain seem SKARD.
