I thiiiiink it's the one that leads into a small village snd has you talk to someone? Not sure. It starts right on the sand road outside of Ritou, the one where you learn to enter barriers. There are some interesting quests in the 2nd and 3rd island too, but you're in no rush, they'll just block your exploration / puzzle solving a bit until you discover them.
