Am I missing something im supposed to do after that? Step 1: find the tree Step 2: use elemental sight to find weird circles on the ground Step 3: Break all 3 circles around the tree with its lightning. Step 4: Go to the now blooming tree and inspect the glowing area on it. You should now have the quest log say 1/5.
