Its worst case a 4 mana 2/3 death touch with an ETB of draw 4 cards and keep one. From a psychological perspective however It strikes dread in your opponents soul as they think of all the possible cards you could have taken and that is really why this card made top 10. Ive countered Gonti before in cubes because I didnt want to deal with the fear of the unknown. Heaven forbid you cast this against a combo deck and snag their win con and you accidentally make them lose the game, I have definitely just left cards in exile before because it was safer than casting them and possibly letting them get them back. And of course like many of the other cards on this list, blink effects are a riot.
