They say little to nothing about any other facets of intelligence. The timed element is going to result in some generalizable conclusions about how quickly one can think in other regards, but that's about it. Yeah my point is low iq people can be smart they just gotta try harder. High iq people can be dumb by not trying. Like me overall id say im pretty average but i also put very little effort into school. Studying was a foreign concepr to me I slept during classes and still made As and Bs. Hell at basic training for my job I was top of my class and i studied one time cause a classmate wanted me to help her study --- Cid- "looks like that overgrown lobster just got served!"
