So how does all that come together in one point when time is compressed?

It's not so much that objects are physically occupying the exact same areas in space but rather the events of different times are happening simultaneously. Things from the past can take actions in the future without ever leaving the past and so on.

Think of it kind of like how the Black Omen was in every time at the same time. Now apply that to the whole planet.
