I pretty much gloss over it unless someone points it out. Art not much unless its particularly memorable. All the random dragons meld together, but some stuff like chub toad or volcanic hammer stands out. Magic has some particularly ridiculous cards in terms of art but none of them made my list. Not really the thing I care about. In terms of why these bad cards made it, I suppose the art could have impacted me remembering them, but anything that sparked the memory could do that.
