No one cares about a hand job joke. If someone made that joke to me (knowing im bi) I simply wouldn't be offended. I can't imagine being offended at that. Shake weights are hilariously awkward. All this said, I am well aware of sexual harassment training, and for the record I would not make that joke at a co-worker because I'm not an idiot. I would never even talk about sex at an office because of how seriously people take this.
