I have poor impulse control, whenever plans go badly I can't shake the feeling of unease, I like to do the same things day after day and it really can ruin an entire day for me if I can't do them at least for a little while and I have a lot of trouble understanding people. The most common symptom is lack of eye contact, but it's also heavily defined by difficulty understanding social cues. However, that last bit is also heavily associated with autism as well. Having a routine, and not knowing what to do with yourself when the routine gets disrupted.
