If he said it to be rude (which he claims he didn't, and it seems he didn't) then that's a dickish thing to do but even if that was his intention imagine being an adult, not just any adult but one who is supposed to be a leader of sorts and crying because someone called you a mean word.

I seriously can't think of a single string of words someone could say to me that would elicit that type of reaction. This is what happens when people give too much weight and power to a word in their minds.
Oh, besides the anti-natalism bit, we're getting a pretty clear picture of the type of person you are.

Adults don't need to be calling people names when they're in positions of responsibility. Especially the damn N word? Calling anyone something derogatory during any work/government work meeting nearly invalidates anything you ever have to say in that workplace.
