Yes. Are we going to bail out the small businesses that fail? Where will they even find the employees if everyone else is also a businesses owner or too overqualified to be a lowly employee?

The answer to employee abuse is not "Hurr durr shut up or make a better business on your own"

I also literally said I'm moving on. It's still heartbreaking and incredibly unfair to everyone that still works here. Everyone doesn't want to start their own business and hope the power of revenge fuels them to becoming billionaires and destroying the corporation they once worked for. They just want employees to be treated nicely.
