Hold up let me scrape a few pennies together and put the lives of my entire family at risk for a 50/50 chance that my personal business doesn't fail within 6 months.

Everyone starting their own businesses and getting "worthy" degrees and skills is so much more realistic than making companies not treat their employees like shit. Why would employees think they deserve honest pay for honest work?
