I don't really have the answer myself cause I'm still trying too and still cave to the cravings sometimes, but something I've found that helps is counting calories. I don't even count my macros (yet), just counting total calories in a day has really been eye opening to just how much I had been eating, cause it never felt like it was that much. I still feel hungry to an extent but whether it's all mental or not I feel like okay I've had enough calories so I don't need to eat more. And since that has resulted in shedding a few pounds I think now it's physical too and not at least fully placebo effect.
