It's the one crafting item that I can never find and yet you need 5 of them to upgrade a weapon, it's pretty annoying. What a weird oversight, like how are we supposed to get odorless fluids if we can't even buy them and when dismantling weapons they just give out balmy fluid or mellow fluid.
