| ZaziGuado 07/17/21 8:15:46 PM #288: | Since I'll be taking a couple of days off before Round 4, I wanted to open up discussion on a possible rule change in terms of voting format for this upcoming round. It will remain round robin 1v1 matches, but how matches are actually voted on and results scored is potentially up for debate. Here are the two options I'm mulling over: Aggregate Round 2 scoring (5-0, 4-1, 3-2). Scores carry over from match to match. Winning a match gives you +10 to your total score, drawing a +5. *CURRENT FORMAT* Actual World Cup scoring. In a match you cast a single vote for a character. Winner of a match earns +3 points in the standings, drawing earns +1. Tiebreaker is total score differential. I don't want to change the announced format without hearing plenty of input. If you are supportive or indifferent towards the change, please say so. Likewise, if you do not want the format changed, please express your concern. If vocal support for the change is noticeably higher than a desire for the format to remain the same, I'll make the switch. --- snowpork azuarc is OP. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
