As someone who has watched thousands if not dozens of anime, Boku no Hero Academia vastly exceeds the quality of Pacifiku Rin. It really highlights the difference between western and nihon philosophies. The eastern sages were able to take the overdone concept of superheroes and transform it into a new and innovative genre, while when American pigs stole Japanese culture to make PR, they wound up with essentially a self parody.
