The trolls/white supremacists aimed to sew discord and confusion and some people ran with it to actually mean white power. So now, that's what they mean when they use it. That's what a "dog whistle" is. The circle game was never a trend in pictures before they started that stupid shit. It's not about "letting" them use it to mean something racist. You can't stop anyone from coopting any sort of sign, really, if they decide to do so. m Michael Jordan was arrogant, if anything, about the mustache. There was no hidden intent behind it.
