My only A3 character is still Carleen, and she definitely helped a ton with the bigger bosses, but really the key here was getting my Michael's equipment to level 9. Lvl 1 equip only gives you a 123% on an elemental advantage, but lvl 9 gets you a whopping 150% dmg lol.
