They are larger than CAs, but smaller than capital ships like BBs. So one exp grind to unlock them requires main fleet ships, and the other requires vanguard. Azuma in PR2 is the only other CB in the game, and has similar grinding requirements. Also, Jottun's Jaws is Agir's All Out Assault. It only fires every 4 shots if you have a CB gun equipped. CB guns generally have a longer reload timer than CA guns, so the number of shots needed to fire it is reduced when using a CB gun.
