137 mounts, I acquired a Night Pegasus last night
These are all the obtainable, non-store-bought mounts I could theoretically acquired before Endwalker. Ones I plan to get I'll mark with a +. Ones I could get but probably won't I'll mark with a ~. And ones I won't bother I'll mark with a -

So there are 17 there that I could reasonably obtain. Many more that would be incredibly difficult if not impossible. I plan on getting the Megalotragus today. On the Gilded mounts I have currently 62.5 million Gil. So I could actually buy either one, but it would be cooler to obtain both at the same time lol
Rathalos will probably be easy, just slow and annoying. And who knows if BA runs are still a thing. And I REALLY need to get back to Bozja/DR/Zadnor for those mounts. And I need somebody to accept my RAF code so I can get those two mounts. >____> The rest really are just a bit of grinding. I'm actually close on some of those Frontline mounts, but when the hell do people play Frontlines anymore lol

So yeah all in all I think I will reach the 150 mount mark before Endwalker. And I *might* end up buying a mount or two during the anniversary sale next month. But we'll see. I want to refrain from that, but man some of those mounts are dope.
