You already got the tldr answer of "yes" but I'll give the tl version of its actually VERY worth it! They are the same potency as your single target procs, and it'll give you more fan dance procs, and every two flourishes you will also have Technical Step and Devilment up at the same time you're spamming all this, so this is actually the most important thing for Dancers to keep track of for their own personal dps. --- I definitely did not forget to put the 2020 GOTD Guru winner, azuarc in my sig! ...
