I just didn't expect them to be that high. The problem I have with the series is more about the tropes of drama's in general with anime. A lot of the problems everyone faces is simply due to the fact nobody ever talks to each other. Fruits Basket fell under the same problem in that so much of the strife is because nobody ever talks to each other. That and the fact that I still want ~~Akito to be hit by Truck-Kun and die.~~ "I basically get to be a horrifying tyrant because I can! Oh wait, we're gonna try and make it seem OK by having me misunderstand what my father was telling me about my destiny? Still doesn't make sense that I'm basically a sociopath!" I wish there was a lot more nuance to it.
