I saw a post on linkedin telling recruiters to post salaries, and in the comments it was full of managers/owners saying it was a bad idea, you'll only get people who want to work for that amount, you miss out on talent since they know they can get better offers etc.

I like how their solution isn't "Let's pay more to attract people" and instead it's "Hide any mention of salary until they've already wasted their time jumping through our hoops"
