My legit advice is to:
  1. Take your relationship advice from successful men, not women.
  2. When taking in said advice, ask questions, but don't fight it.
  3. For the love of God man, whatever you are currently doing is obviously NOT working, so don't try to justify your current behavior.

More Context
That's really the most helpful stuff I can come up with. I see so many hopless guys take their advice from women, instead of men whom have actually been in your spot and suceeded. Taking advice from women is how men tend to get themselves friendzoned.

I'll spot alot of hopeless men on the internet argue with the advice they are given, rather than ask questions about why it worked for the person giving it, and if it's the right path for them.

It's alot of "no, that's stupid and sexist, and I won't do it!"

Which then leads to the path of "this is how I think the world should work" type of discussion, which is typically just delusional and serves no real purpose other than to offer up excuses for ones current failure.

---

TLDR; ask for advice from men who have suceeded where you currently are failing, and then be open to trying the advice given.

Also, there is a sex board for this stuff: https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/1061-1061-sex-and-sexuality
