| Topic | The job hunting process has become laughably ridiculous |
| RchHomieQuanChi 06/23/21 10:12:04 PM #1: | - Apply to 5000 job postings, most of them requiring a 20 minute assessment - Hear an actual reply from maybe 10 of them - 6 are rejections - 2 are for jobs that are completely different from what you saw in the listing (and are likely MLM schemes) - The remaining 2 jobs require 3 separate interviews that require you to take off on 3 separate days - Even after all that, there's still a strong possibility you'll get rejected anyway because the company already had somebody in mind - Also piss in this cup to prove you don't smoke marijuana in your free time --- I have nothing else to say ...
