Oh also it isn't relevant in this matchup because Puff never really gets knocked down but you should abuse jablock sing to set up air rest. Fair and nair knock down most characters at mid percent depending on how you hit them with it. I use jab 1 twice to build a bit more percent but jabbing once is fine to start. You just have to buffer the sing while hitting the jab

jab lock eh? thats a tough thing to do with puff, it seems. with yoshi its so much easier because his run speed is okay. with puff i gotta get my slow ass over there in time before you get back up. im impressed every time you pull it off with puff.

Edit: By slow, I mean slow run speed. Her air speed is fantastic, of course.
