Literally the entire reason the GME people aren't breaking the law is because everything was done publicly. That's the whole thing. Discord is also considered public so none of that can get anyone in trouble for insider trading. Posting on a public forum is actually what you want to do to lawfully organize a short squeeze - private messages are what you want to avoid. Now you know. Anyway, the squeeze will happen without me and this was just a hypothetical idea.
