E3 really shouldn't have happened this year. Like they probably felt a twinge of desperation to make it seem like they're still even a little relevant but all this has done is create an overwhelming sentiment that this is all a colossal waste of time.

But that's the thing - logicially, he is right. We shouldn't expect it.
But emotionally? last year had no E3 and the world stopped for us so we feel like it's been a long, long time since we had some good vide game reveals and we are thirsty for it
We feel like because it's been ages, we should have expected more
