Yeah as long as you unlock the areas, then in Kugane NPCs will drop the cards from those areas, and the drop rate is stupid high, even for the "rare" cards. Yep. Like the "rare" cards from the Crystal Tower raids. <_< Meanwhile, I still don't have my 3* cards from Suzaku or Paglth'an.
