Was only his top half visible and he was making funny faces/sounds, or...was everything on display? Cause...yikes. Either way but especially the latter, I'd NEVER want to work in a highly visible job like that ever again, I'd want to just crawl into obscurity and hope people all forget about me. It was a mistake, I'm fine w/ him getting a 2nd chance if he wants it. Seriously though, dude... Learn to physically cover your webcam lens anytime you're not using it.
