It's not like he didn't realize the meeting was going on, he just chose to do it during the meeting either to fill some sick fetish or because he didn't care. Honestly, who knows how many other meetings he might have done this and not been caught? Wouldn't surprise me. There's been this new "genre" going for a while now of people doing sexy things deliberately while on important Zoom calls and recording it for an audience.
