If Trump had been an entirely different kind of president and enacted good policies that improved lives, who could care what lunacy he spewed on Twitter. And similarly if Biden stayed silent on Twitter but used his power to make peoples lives worse it wouldnt matter at all that he didnt Tweet crazy shit. On the other hand, Trumps insane Twitter messaging seems to be a case of stochastic terrorism. Promoting anti-mask, anti-science nonsense probably contributed to the U.S.s extremely poor response to COVID. The El Paso shooter was practically quoting Trump verbatim in his manifesto. Etc.
