I was a big fan of most of their 3DS games (I don't pay much attention to them lately since I don't have a Switch or Wii U), but one thing to note is that they're a Chinese company translating Japanese games into English. As such almost all of their games have some mistranslations or broken English here or there, and a full on visual novel is gonna have a good amount of it. Circle and I go back a ways. I have a whole folder of their games on my 3DS, going all the way back to Sweet Memories Blackjack in 2011. I agree: Their translations tend to miss the mark, but the games are still playable, and I am getting more forgiving of these things as I get older.
