I wish i had the answer for you. I guess coffee is kind of out of the question since its so late, but coffee cheers me up when i feel down.

You can try a bunch of things actually now that i think about it. Optimize your phone and delete old files and insignificant pictures and files. I find that for some reason that sort of cheers me up when i am down. Its also easy to do while chilling. Next organize your room, desk, stuff etc. You can try eating some buttered toast, super simple but is real tasty and should cheer you up. You can try playing with a pet. You can color and draw. For the future you can buy a plant and take care of it. Some ideas.
