| Mead 06/10/21 6:06:02 PM #1: | I was making one of those meal prep dishes and it had a bunch of fresh tarragon. It occurred to me that I wasnt exactly sure what it tastes like so I tasted a bit of it as I was mincing it And I like it For some reason I thought it would taste a little tangy similar to Dill, and at first I didnt taste anything and I was gonna roll my eyes at this dumb herb, but then it hit me. Its a really robust flavor almost like fennel or star anise, but not as pronounced, its much more subtle so it works with some other flavors rather than overshadowing them. Im for sure gonna be using this more in some future dishes. Mead out --- my resting temp can easily be in the 90's -Krazy_Kirby ... Copied to Clipboard! |
