I think the biggest issue most people think of is aiming, and while I don't have a lot of personal experience with cross-play shooters, from what I've heard it's not as bad as you imagine. If you have two good players of equal skill I'd say the PC user has an advantage, but bad mouse aim actually tends to lose to bad stick aim. Still, while it'll never be perfectly balanced, PC/console cross-play won't be used in Competitive Mode where it would matter the most. And Quick Play is already lacking in balance. Remember, Console players will only be matched with PC players if they're grouped with them, and Groups already throw matchmaking balance completely out the window anyway. --- Okay, I rolled a 14.
