It seemed kind of popular at the time of its release, but never is really remembered all that well. Id say Rocko's Modern Life was my favorite then replaced by Angry Beavers when that came out. I also loved Sheep in the Big City on the Cartoon Network. I feel like it completely blew away all the other cartoon network shows that were pretty meh at the time.
