It's just a battery and an electric motor that makes the tires spin. The only other system is brake fluid, brake pads, tires, and a battery cooling system. There's no fuel pump, spark plugs, exhaust, ignition, cylinder + cylinder block, drive shaft, transmission, or pistons involved.
