I thought it was her when I saw the pic, but I wasn't entirely sure. She's a central character in the 2nd? ep and ~~Flora freakin' dies while Nono was the owner of the dream world trying to revive her~~, but seems this new SP rarity thing could potentially be some rarity bump upgrade for SR units. The other twin is a puppet and is Nono that has somehow transformed to a form that looks like Flora. I think Illusion Connect is good about at least giving units a story so I guess there will be some story continuation to the 2nd arc. It's weird cuz Flora also appears in the current side story too.
