StartTheMachine 06/01/21 12:20:16 AM #20: | CoolCly posted... AVCTW is at like 40 cents. I've looked around but I haven't seen any news that AVCT is going to take that unsolicated offer or not. Any news Blur? It's been plummeting ever since that announcement of an unsolicted buyout offer. Considering it's been months now since that, I think it's fairly safe to say they rejected the offer. It was for a $9 flate rate to acquire 100% of their shares, and I doubt these guys are trying to be a measly $9 stock long term. But the reason it's plummeting is a very important one: IF they were to accept the offer, the warrants would go to zero. Yes, zero. Warrants become worthless in the event of an acquisition, so there is a lot of risk there. Otherwise...I'd probably have over 50% of my portfolio in AVCTW at these prices lol. But I own none. Oh hey, there was actually a Wall Street analyst finally paying attention to AVCT and gave them a $17 price target. Not the $20 to $30 I want but it will take years of revenue to get there still, so pretty bullish PT for only like 9 months from now. (E: Link to the analyst article https://www.streetinsider.com/Analyst+Comments/Loop+Capital+Starts+American+Virtual+Cloud+Technologies+%28AVCT%29+at+Buy/18258573.html) AVCTW at .30 - .40 was the price I was hoping for again for so long, but it seems like everyone is staying away due to the inherent risk. I would just buy commons since they're cheap too and don't carry any risk if a buyout were to happen. If they 100% confirm no buyout, then I will buy the living hell out of those warrants. But I expect every AVCT long will as well and they will rocket back up to 70 cents or so fast. --- - Blur - Welcome to your Divinity. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
