A z3 group can get you from 22 to 25 in a single lockout, and hanging out in z2 (plus CEs) will get you from 21 to 22 in a mere fraction of the time. Then comes the wait for Dal, which is faster if people are actively doing stuff in Zadnor, and a single run can take roughly half an hour.
