Even within a cult like his the amount is so outrageous there should be some accountability for how that money is spent. It's gonna be interesting come June 23rd or whenever he says he gets paid by youtube (I still have no clue why he can't wait for a monthly payday after getting 12k+ in the last month plus his twitch payment) if he's actually going to lower the tips goal.
