However, as I recall, Cid will tell the party about how he was able to get the Hilda Garde 3 working in such short order. FFIX Terra is not a deliberate reference to the FFVI character; in Japan she is known as Tina. Ted Woolsey, Square's translator at the time, recognized that while Tina might sound exotic to Japanese audiences, it would be pedestrian to Westerners, and thus changed her name to Terra. --- I don't like this duchy.
